SVG Nationals Launch Relief Assistance Program.

Ontario, SVG nationals launch relief, education and medical assistance program.

This organization, administered by a group of Vincentian-Canadian nationals, is determined to help other Vincentian nationals here in Ontario, especially the youths who encounter major challenges as they aspire to achieve their goals in the community. They sometimes need a helping hand to finish their educational programs because their financial circumstances have suddenly changed thereby, threatening to prevent them from earning that ever so needed degree to enable them a better opportunity in life.

The SVG REMA initiative is an effort to provide an agency through which some of these needs can be channeled and hopefully be of assistance to our nationals in their time of need.

Great idea so has an assistance strategy been developed? Would be nice to have 3 or 4 programs based on different categories of need so that interested stakeholders could sign on where they felt they could be most effective.

My interest is twofold first my wife most valued partner is from St Vincent and second the region is small we have always been family and it needs to remain that way.
